Our staff works hard to keep up-to-date on the latest books as well as programming for all ages.
The building was erected in 1905. Alice M Bowen planned the building and wrote a letter to Andrew Carnegie dated 3/27/1902 where for every $1000 the locals contributed, the Carnegie Foundation would provide $10,0000
Helen Scott May dedication is located at the library. Anne Haliotis runs the archive section. There are microfilm of various newspapers.
